1 Definitions & Interpretation

3 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rt777game login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your password private and never disclose it to any third party, including individuals purporting to be rt777game staff. rt777game staff will never ask for your password.
• Notify rt777game immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• Log out of your account after every session on shared or public devices — including computers in internet cafes in Karachi, Lahore, or any other city.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

rt777game operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

rt777game offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total PKR value of qualifying bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

rt777game operates a fair gaming environment governed by the following rules, which apply to all game types including live casino tables, jackpot slots, Fish Hunter, Prize Pool tournaments, and Cockfighting:

• All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics that are independently verified for fairness.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in each game's information panel and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate across all players.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or software malfunction during a game round, rt777game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked PKR to the member's account. Bets that completed successfully before a technical error occurred stand as settled.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

rt777game is committed to supporting safe and responsible gaming for all members. The following tools are available to every member directly from the account dashboard, free of charge, and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. The period cannot be reduced once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from rt777game for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances. Following the exclusion period, a 7-day cooling-off period applies before reinstatement.

• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or assisting minors in accessing the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rt777game staff or other members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rt777game platform — including but not limited to the website design, game graphics, logos, text, software, databases, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of rt777game or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rt777game content without prior written authorisation from rt777game. The rt777game name, logo, and all associated branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of rt777game and may not be used without explicit permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rt777game's total liability to any member in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any related matter shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that member to their rt777game account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rt777game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings or profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory of liability, even if rt777game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

rt777game collects, processes, and stores member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data, including CNIC details, mobile number, and transaction history, is processed only for purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• rt777game does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

Upon termination for cause, any remaining real-money PKR balance (net of bonus funds) will be processed for return to the member's verified payment account, subject to the completion of any outstanding fraud investigations or chargebacks.

Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting rt777game at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 Pakistan business days. Real-money PKR balances will be returned to verified payment accounts following completion of standard withdrawal processing.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
